To bring out the tea’s flavors and notes,

1. Place the loose leaf tea in the transparent infuser, then cover the mug with the lid provided and turn it upside down to start brewing.
2. When the tea reaches your preferred strength and richness, just isolate water from the tea leaves by reversing the mug’s position again, and you’ll avoid the bitter taste resulting from over-steeping.
