METZ Luxury Tea had collaborated with the organization godreaming_together to host a special Little Shop Manager Day event, where kids can learn communication skills through fun activities! 👧🏻🧒🏻👦🏻

Event Highlights

During this event, children had the opportunity to promote various METZ Luxury Tea products and experience a real workplace environment. The goal was to help them learn politeness and express themselves confidently while interacting with customers. They also developed resilience by facing rejection, which is crucial for their growth.

Throughout the event, kids invited guests to sample our teas. Sometimes they faced refusals, which initially left them feeling disappointed. However, with encouragement from their teachers, they learned not to give up easily. When they finally succeeded in inviting someone to try the tea, the sense of accomplishment brought them immense joy!
